Maria C. Garcia is President/CEO of The REG Professional Group. Ms. Garcia was the partner in charge of The Accounting Offices of Ramon E. Garcia for 25 years. She controlled all internal operations ranging from strategic business structure and fund allocations, to personnel management. Ms. Garcia created an organizational structure, which allowed work to be designated and delegated effectively. She allotted funds to the proper sectors of the business in order to achieve economies of scale and to contribute to worthy non-profit organizations. Ms. Garcia has managed and trained numerous staff members. She created incentive programs and implemented effective motivational strategies to achieve optimal employee satisfaction and performance. In addition Ms. Garcia is a relationships manager. She built and retained a loyal client base through unparalleled customer service and extraordinary personal attention. Through her years of experience, Ms. Garcia has developed deep knowledge in the areas of taxation, insurance, real estate and IRS matters. She also has vast experience with tax preparation and dealing with current tax laws.
Ms. Garcia is an active member of the Kiwanis Club Latin American of West New York and The Cuban Cultural Club of New York. She is also a strong supporter of the American Diabetes Association, The Lions club of West New York, The Annual Hispanic American Parade, Rainbow Heaven, The Johnny Pacheco Scholarship Fund, The John Paul's Hemophiliac Fund, The United Cerebral Palsy of Hudson County, The Hudson Cradle (A home for infants) and Catholic Big Brothers of New York, the center for Children and Families of New York
