Harold Leib, Esq.

Harold Leib is the head tax attorney and CPA of the REG Professional Group. He is also the senior member and founder of the firm HAROLD LEIB & ASSOCIATES, P.A. The firm has been engaged in the practice of law since 1973.

Harold is an alumnus of Pace University and Seton Hall School of Law, and graduated Farleigh Dickinson University with an MSA in Economics. Mr. Leib is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of New Jersey and has been practicing in the field of Taxation since 1952. In addition, Mr. Leib is an attorney licensed to practice in the States of New Jersey, New York and the District of Columbia.

He is active in Community Affairs having served on the Clifton Municipal Bond Advisory Group and on a group co study cost utilization (CURB) in the City. Mr. Leib manages the firm' s Tax Department and brings with him many years experience in specialized areas of Federal Income Taxation and State and Local Taxation. He is a frequent lecturer on tax topics throughout the United States.

Mr. Leib also has extensive experience in the areas of commercial transactions and selection of entities for various types of business activities. He has written articles for professional journals in the areas of audits by samples and computerization of the sales and use tax functions. Mr. Leib has taught at the University level for more than thirty years.
